职责:

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Oversee compliance with all employment laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and implementing necessary updates.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Conduct regular assessments of HR policies and practices to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
  • Mentor and develop junior HR staff, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
