Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Oversee compliance with all employment laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and implementing necessary updates.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR policies and practices to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
- Mentor and develop junior HR staff, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
