PALM SLUDGE OIL / PALM ACID OIL / PALM OIL MILL EFFLUENT (POME)
We are the pioneer in field of oil purification which separates the waste from oil mill effluent into oil, water and sludge.
The waste from oil mill effluent pond and recycle the waste (plant based) into compost. At the 1st stage, all the waste from oil mill effluent pond will be centrifuge into different portion according the specific gravity. 3 main outputs: sludge (organic compound), water & acid oil. In Stage 2, polish the acid oil into oleo chemical derivatives such as methyl ester and etc. Sludge will be used as the material for produce fertilizer. All the oil recovery works will be conducted under “low carbon & low energy consumption” in order to achieve green and environmental friendly concept.
